No, being Catholic is not a requirement for enrollment at Saint Thomas. However, all students will be taught about the Catholic faith in religion class and attend prayer services and Mass with their class.
Saint Thomas has approximately 215 students enrolled in grades Preschool through 8th grade. There are an additional 60 children enrolled in our preschool program.

School begins at 7:55 AM each day and dismissal begins at 2:55 pm.
Students in Kindergarten through 8th grade attend Mass twice per week.
K-5 attend Mass on Wednesday
6-8 attend Mass on Thursday
All School Masses are every Friday
Each class has the opportunity to plan two (2) Masses during the year as well as participate in the Mass by proclaiming the Word, reading a petition, bringing up the gifts and/or singing in the choir. Students in grade 4 and older are trained to be altar servers.

Yes! Saint Thomas School offers after-school care, called STAC, in our school building each day. STAC is for students in Kindergarten — 8th Grade.
The majority of our 8th grade graduates attend Newport Central Catholic High School, while some choose to continue their Catholic education at other local Catholic Schools like Bishop Brossart, Covington Catholic, Notre Dame, and Saint Xavier.
Some students continue to Highlands High School.
