Enrollment Process
Thank you for your interest in Saint Thomas School!
We invite all families interested in enrolling their child(ren) at Saint Thomas to begin with a tour of our school. You can request a tour by calling the school office at 859-572-4641 or by submitting the "Schedule a Tour" form found here.
Current openings can be shared at that time and you will receive all required paperwork and a list of documents needed to apply for enrollment.

Tuition Assistance is available, with priority given to active registered parishioners of Saint Thomas. Please contact the Office for more information on how to apply for tuition assistance.
Seeking Lower Tuition Payments??
Parishioners of St. Thomas (POST) is a non-profit group based in Saint Thomas Parish, that provides opportunities to school and parish families to reduce tuition costs or for parish members to meet personal tithing goals by working events at Great American Ball Park and Paycor Stadium. Any family member of a Diocese of Covington parish or school is eligible to participate. Training is necessary. For more information, contact Oak Martin at [email protected].
